Otis Refrigeration Services has a team of qualified technicians ready to service all of your Air Conditioning and Heating needs. We have a set of standards in our workplace that ensure you will receive quality service anytime an Otis technician steps foot in your home.
We have emergency service available 24 hours a day. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. We always try to work with our customer’s schedule, and realize how valuable your time is. Instead of asking you to wait for us at your home during a 5 hour period, we’ll be glad to contact you when we are on our way.
For a small yearly fee we will service your unit 2 times, give you a preferred customer discount, and NEVER charge you overtime if your unit fails after hours.
